I didn’t like any of the front desk people, those ladies need to wake up a little bit. They are literally sleeping over there. Unprofessional.. it’s really upsetting to see such disrespect coming from people that work in health department.”

We waited for hours to actually see the doctor. We left home at noon and got back home at 5. We talked to 4 people who basically asked the same questions that I filled out on the forms. It was painfully slow. My wife has fibromyalgia and was in pain for hours. Took forever.

I made the appointment for my mother to see Dr. Alvarez. Instead she was seen by her fellow. He was great! He made my mother feel very comfortable. Dr. Alvarez came in at the end to go over any questions we had and the treatment plan. She was also very nice. The problem I am experiencing is, I have called the office three times regarding medication and the specialty pharmacy has called once. I received a response on my first call but nothing was done. I am still waiting for a response from my other two phone calls to her office and the pharmacy is doing the same. Meanwhile my mother has not been able to start the medication because the office has failed to contact us. At this point I don't know what to do because I can't get a live person on the phone. Very poor follow up. Very disappointed.
