What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect a judgment-free space to talk openly about your concerns. Throughout treatment, I want you to feel heard and empowered as you build a healthier, more fulfilling life. I'm passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness and improving access to compassionate, science-backed psychiatric care. Mental health affects every aspect of a person's life, and I believe everyone deserves understanding and to be treated with dignity.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clinical training as a psychiatric nurse practitioner emphasized comprehensive evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation, and evidence-based treatment planning. Through it, I gained experience assessing and treating depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, along with trauma, stress-related disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence. Before we make any decisions, I take time to look beyond the diagnosis and understand your experiences, strengths, and goals. From there, we choose a direction together and shape a plan around your preferences and lifestyle, working toward long-term mental wellness.
