About Marian Opoku-Agyeman
I’m Marian Opoku-Agyeman, a family nurse practitioner with a passion for preventative medicine. I’ve always been more interested in maintaining health than fixing problems. I earned my Master’s in Family Nursing from South University and have worked at several primary care practices in Georgia. For the last several years, I have focused on medical weight loss.
I experienced immense joy and professional satisfaction after helping my first client, a stay-at-home mother of three, achieve her weight loss goal. Since then, I have guided clients—both male and female—at different life stages through their unique weight reduction and lifestyle modification journeys.
When one client, after losing weight, tearfully shared that her primary care provider had taken her off all her medications, I knew obesity medicine was my true calling.
I have been helping people see their wildest weight loss dreams come to pass, and I want to keep it going.

My visit was amazing as always!

My sessions with Marian are via video conference calls since I live in a different state from her. She’s always prompt on our Saturday morning sessions. I weigh in, do my measurements with my tape measure while she is watching then she compares with previous ones and gives me updates on what to change or add to my routines. I’m always looking forward to our sessions together especially when I had followed her instructions from the previous week’s session as to what to incorporate into my daily meals and exercise routines. I will recommend everyone to join Marian’s program if you really want to lose weight and feel better about yourself.
