DONT MAKE APPOINTMENT WITH THIS PROVIDER!!!!!! She had me fill out dozens of forms and four assessments that took a very long time. He office called a few minutes prior to appointment and cancelled. I could have booked with so many others. Please save yourself time energy and aggravation BIOK WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER !!!!!

Her clinics policy does not prescribe Suboxone with Adderall.
Not sure if that is a Florida thing.
Seems opioids and adderall might be ok though.
