“Mariana and the team was beyond excellent! The building was hard to find and when I called, the front desk was extremely helpful in getting me to their offices. The waiting area is also pristine; feels almost like a med-spa vs. doctor's office.
Mariana is an exceptional provider. She was very knowledgeable and took great care of me. Visiting the doctor is rarely pleasant, and she made the visit much more manageable. ”

The office is very clean and beautiful. The environment is pleasant and well-maintained. However, parking can be a bit challenging, as it’s easy to get confused — the building includes both a hotel and a medical center. I would recommend arriving a bit early to allow extra time to find parking.

made a appointment to be seen by Mariana Boada, was waiting in the lobby for almost two hours and everyone else that checked in after me was being seen…told the lady at the front desk, she told me that i was going to get a call but not sure if I was going to be seen today after waiting almost two hours and booking this appointment prior

This was a horrible experience. I waited over an hour before I was even taken back to a room. As I was in the patient room waiting for the NP to come in, I overheard the nurses saying they completely forgot about me. Once they came in the room, they rushed the entire appointment. It was my first Pap smear, and during the procedure I almost passed out. The NP pushed me to try and continue with more of the examination, when I was very clearly unwell from the quick drop in blood pressure. I had to ask to be given time to recover. They also left me completely unattended to recover. I left this appointment feeling unheard and extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend at all.

mariana is very nice, and her staff as well. but i have to chase them to hear the results from my test even when it’s ready. the first time i booked an appointment and got tested, my prescription was sent to my pharmacy without being called with what i even have which i found strange.
and now i got tested again and i’ve called two days in a row, they have my results, but i won’t receive a call. i’m not sure why there isn’t a sense of urgency knowing i’m diagnosed with something that is uncomfortable and can lead to something more serious.
i had to do a telehealth urgent care call to finally get the care i need. will not be returning here.
