I'm also passionate about supporting adults in healing from past histories of trauma (abuse, neglect, loss, religious trauma, systemic oppression, and any other adverse experience), which continues to impact their current relationships and perceptions of themselves. ‍ Some of my favorite approaches include... Some of my favorite approaches include Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and IFS. ‍ How I help... I help clients reach their goals through thoughtful questions that highlight their strengths and values, as well as through understanding, befriending, and understanding their nervous system. ‍ I believe... I believe that excellent therapy includes considering the societal systems we are under, as well as centering mind-body connection (integrating talk therapy with somatic practices). ‍ What it's like in session with me Working with me, you can expect collaborative and relatable conversations, that meet you where you are at while encouraging growth and healing.
