I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner trained at UT Arlington, and I chose this work because mental health care has always felt meaningful to me, starting in my earliest nursing rotations. I support adults with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, trauma related stress, and other mood concerns, and I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care. My approach is holistic and evidence based. I look at the full picture of your life, not just a symptom list, and I bring deep empathy to each visit so you feel safe, heard, and respected.
What should a new client know about working with you?
From the first minutes, my goal is trust. We will talk through what is bringing you in, your history, and what has helped or made things worse. I will explain options clearly and we will decide together. I also review confidentiality, so you know this is a safe space, with only the standard safety exceptions.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
It can be hard to open up, especially if past care felt cold. You will not be brushed off here. I am currently accepting new adult patients, with appointments available within the week. If you want a provider who listens closely, treats you as a whole person, and builds a plan grounded in evidence and compassion, I would be honored to support you.

It was pushed to another time by their portal to another person without talking to me. They, then sent their own sign up outside of zocdoc and called me to confirm.

Avoid Legion Health.
They operate on Zocdoc to gain new leads. Legion Health places dummy appointments on Zocdoc and will 'schedule' you with a provider after receiving your information.
This makes me believe their fundamental values are not aligned with giving proper care. They are more concerned with gaining new customers by tricking them into an appointment that isn't truly available. Legion Health did not follow up with me to ensure I understood their process or what steps would come next.
Incredibly disappointed in Zocdoc for allowing Legion Health to operate on their platform. Legion Health should be removed from the Zocdoc platform for misrepresenting their availability and available care providers.
