I take a calm, compassionate, and practical approach—focusing on understanding your full story, not just your symptoms. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and lifestyle strategies to help you feel more balanced and in control. My practice is 100% virtual, offering flexible and convenient appointments from the comfort of your home. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly discuss concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, trauma, and mood disorders. I primarily focus on medication management, while also incorporating supportive therapy, education, and practical strategies to help you better understand and manage your symptoms. I believe in a collaborative approach, so we will review options together and make decisions that feel right for you. Follow-up visits are typically shorter and focused on monitoring progress, adjusting medications if needed, and addressing any new concerns. Throughout treatment, I emphasize clear communication, consistency, and creating a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest. All visits are conducted virtually, providing convenient access to care from the comfort of your home.
