About Marianne Pistilli
Marianne Pistilli, PA-C, is a physician assistant with over 21 years of experience in cosmetic and medical dermatology. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Marianne has extensive experience performing cosmetic laser procedures, including scar resurfacing, skin rejuvenation, micro laser peels, vein treatments for the face and body, dark spot correction, and laser hair removal. She also specializes in all injectable treatments. In addition, Marianne has many years of experience conducting medical skin procedures for her patients, including skin cancer screenings, biopsies, and the evaluation and treatment of rashes, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, and other conditions.
Marianne graduated in 2003 from Weill Cornell Medical College with a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. She also holds an MBA from New York University and a BS in Accounting from St. John's University. Marianne is an instructor in dermatology at the Physician Assistant program at Weill Cornell Medical College.

I love Dr. Pistilli. I was a long time patient at her prior practice. It had been over three years since I'd seen her. I could not find a dermatologist with the same level of detail and bedside manner like her. Even made the trip from the UES to the Financial District. Highly recommend!

The wait time was well over an hour with very few people there and the medical practitioner did not provide my pharmacy with my prescription. Upon calling and trying to reach out to this practice calls were not returned and I am still unable to get in touch with this practice to get my prescription definitely would not recommend going to

You can tell she has a years of experience and is knowledgeable. Kind and professional. This was my first time going to the practice and seeing this profesional, but I have had that health conditions for years, and she knew exactly what do.
She was thorough making sure I have everything I needed to continue the treatment at home.
