Too much rushing and not enough listening. The upper half of my forehead was missed when Botox was administered. I was also charged for 24 units that were not administered in places I didn’t even request. How does this happen “accidentally”?

Maryann is one of the best Physician Assistants I have ever seen, and I see numerous PAs for other medical issues! She really listens and addresses all your concerns thoroughly! Both her and her Medical Assistant know their stuff and are really compassionate! To me, that’s most important!

Marianne Rao, PA was very friendly and personable. I was there for a "full body" check, I have a history of Melanoma, overall thorough, after I left the office I realized I don't think she checked my scalp, if it wasn't for my history I would've never thought about this.
Overall I really like Marianne, her Medical assistant (nice but rushed) was very quick in and out possibly could've made the table a little more comfortable since I had to wait in the gown for a bit. I will make a follow up appointment.
The front desk was ok, it was obvious the receptionist checking me in was new, she was very nice, nervous, her "trainer" was not very helpful with her, and never smiled! I was receptionist in a medical office for 12 years and also have trained people.

First time patient! Great personable staff even though it’s a one hour drive for me, but today it took 2 hours due to the winter storm. I made it on time and that was the only reason they were running a tad behind because people before me were late arriving due to the weather conditions. Again, great staff across the board!!!
