My practice is deeply rooted (wink, wink) in a plant-forward, food as medicine approach. With my 10 year+ experience as a Nationally Recognized Registered Dietitian, together we will focus on creating lifelong whole body wellness. I do not like counting calories, and do not measure success by the scale. Through my nutrition therapy sessions, clients learn how to harness the healing power of a healthy diet and redefine their relationship with food. I love working with clients from ALL walks of life and am a LGBTQIA+ friendly practitioner. I believe you can be healthy at any size, and work with clients from a holistic perspective, because how and what we eat is influenced by a multitude of internal and environmental factors. In my free time, you will likely find me in the kitchen concocting new recipes or hiking in the woods with my dogs and family:) I am honored to be able to support and empower you on your wellness journey!
