What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience in general adult psychiatry and treat all mood and psychotic disorders including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, substance misuse, bipolar, PTSD, insomnia, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder. I empower my patients to be able to manage their mental health, either through medication alone, with therapy or with different modalities, including diet and exercise. I feel it is essential to form a partnership based in trust and compassion and always with the patient’s wishes and goals in mind.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the comfort of your home or a place that feels relaxing to you, I will connect via video or telephone with you to make sure you have the help you need. Evening and Weekends sessions available.
