What is your typical process for working with clients?

At our first appointment, we will discuss your symptoms, medical and mental health history, previous treatments, and what you hope to change. We will then develop a plan together, which may include medication management, an ADHD evaluation when appropriate, and recommendations that support your overall health. At follow-up visits, we will review your progress and adjust the plan as needed.
