About Mariel Baron

Mariel is a non-diet, weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian based in upstate New York. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Hartwick College and completed her Master’s in Food and Nutrition at Framingham State University. Mariel is passionate about helping her clients ditch dieting and food rules, supporting them in developing a healthy relationship with food and their body through intuitive eating. She helps her clients build realistic and sustainable habits that work for their lifestyle, and she truly believes that eating should be enjoyable and honor both your physical health and your taste buds!
