I have been working with children, adolescents, and young adults for over 20 years. From my background as a special education teacher to my training and experience as a school psychologist and licensed psychologist, I provide quality psychological services tailored to your needs. What should a new client know about working with you?

As a teen or young adult, it is completely normal to feel overwhelmed at times, especially when stress, anxiety, or sadness start to take over. But even if things feel difficult right now, it does not have to stay that way! I specialize in working with teens and young adults who struggle with feeling overwhelmed or stuck to get to the root of their challenges so that life can be enjoyed. What I treat: Anxiety School avoidance Depression / mood struggles Emotional regulation & stress Social challenges / relationships Academic stress, test anxiety

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with supplemental strategies (mindfulness, emotion regulation, skills training). Together, we’ll co-create goals that feel meaningful and manageable.
