The doctor (unreadable) is an excellent professional. She explained everything to me. I came to her for the first time and no primary doctor. She had explained things to me as well as she did. I really congratulate her and I congratulate her for having hired her because she is an excellent being. human and professional.

I have always had issues with being comfortable in the doctors office, feeling the doctor actually listens to me, and feeling like my time isn't being wasted, but I have had absolutely none of those issues with Orlando Health. Marilyn Chavannes is amazing! She listens, tries to provide information and solutions, and tries to be reassuring. Even if I were to move away, I would still fly back to Orlando just to do my check-ups with her

When scheduling a new provider it's important for the consumer to be informed it's a copay. In the past this was not the common practice.

The nurse I met prior to my doctor coming in was outstanding, professional, friendly & really listened. When the doctor came in I immediately felt like she cared about me as a person, she was thorough & explained things in a way that was not only compassionate but could be understood.

Dr. Charvannes was great. This was first appointment with this Doctor. She spent 45 mins going over her family hx, medication and her medical and surgery hx. She educated us about side affect of omperazole.

I appreciate the fact that this provider provided me or recommended further treatment where I could go see someone else. I also appreciate the fact that she listened cause a lot of times I feel like it's so hard to find health care provider who actually listens and cares about what you're going through as a patient.

I was visiting this Doctor for the first time, 9am appt. I was asked to arrive at 8:45. I came in at 8:35 and sat until 9:30. Then I sat in the waiting room for longer than normal. The Doctor was great but the waiting time has to be worked on. It was really disappointing. The Dr. Did apologize for the long wait.

My visit to Dr Chavannes office in Saint Cloud office was a great experience. I was brought to a room quickly was, offered something to drink, and kept informed why the doctor was being held up. This kind of communication and compassion will keep me coming back. I would highly recommend this office to anyone

I was taken back to the room at exactly my appointment time. A+ for that. Blood pressure taken. Very friendly assistant, Angelica. Told the doctor would be in shortly. After waiting 1/2 an hour the doctor's assistant apologized and offered me a bottled water. A+ for that. Doctor came in and apologized for the delay. No problem. We went over my medical issues. She was very thorough, friendly. I highly recommend Dr Chavannes to anyone needing a professional, caring and knowledgeable doctor. Overall score A.

I was going out of time in a week, but felt my problem be addressed before I leave. Though she has tight schedules, I was given time to see her. I was having vertigo episodes and was prescribed medications for that. I thank God, Dr. Chavannes, and her staff for being so flexible even at short notice. They truly are. Her staff are so friendly and helpful!
