Marina Che is highly professional and answered all our questions. My husband (who is not easy to get along w people he doesn't know) was open to communicating w her. Since almost all of his visits are zoom, we really appreciated her concern and knowledge since sometimes he refuses to leave the house. We are extremely satisfied
