Although they did their due diligence and left me a voicemail before my visit to let me know my insurance wasn’t accepted, which was my fault I missed, the boy I spoke to at the front desk had a very dry/unfriendly communication style which made the unfortunate situation even more unpleasant than it had to be.

The doctor appeared disinterested, and struggled to understand ? some of what I was explaining to her. She performed some of the screenings incorrectly. I am a clinician by profession and have to perform these screenings as well. She provided very little feedback, and very few follow-up questions. She then told me I can have an EEG that day, but was then told by her staff that it wasn’t possible I needed to schedule the ?EEG with somebody else at a different place and they gave me a list of places to call from. So yeah, I ?didn’t do that.

Don’t waste your time with this doctor. I made an appointment through ZocDoc a few weeks ago, the office rescheduled me for a 9:00 am appointment for Monday morning ( I adjusted my work schedule to accommodate the doctor- time off etc). I confirmed my appointment the Friday before my appointment. I showed up at 8:30am to fill out paperwork and to accommodate whatever they needed from me.
When I arrived at the office (Broadway location), the office was locked and the lights were off. I called the 800 number asking when the office would open- they didn’t know. The receptionist showed at 9:12am (my appointment was at 9:00). She tells me that Dr. Supreet Sahai would not be in and that I could see the PA, Marina Fay at 10:00am. I had already been commuting since 8am and they wanted me to wait until 10am.
This doctor and her office is extremely unprofessional and could care less about their patients.
Don’t waste your time with Dr. Sahai- patients beware

I like going here. Because when I feel something is off, she will always suggest a test I might need. I don't have to wait for a month or two to see a doctor for a follow up, always two weeks or less.

If you are ten minutes ahead of your appointment, then she will see you nearly immediately. She is a super nice and caring professional. She does not scare you with any negativity. She is genuinely concerned for the overall health. These are the reasons why I would recommend her to anyone.

I was seen by Complete Neurological Care in Forest Hills and I wasn't disappointed with the service. The front desk and staff made my office visit pleasant and I got to see the doctor in record time. Marina Fay was the best physician! Don't let her being a PA deter you from seeing her. She really knows her stuff and has excellent bedside manners. I truly felt like I was being listened to and all my issues/concerns were addressed. When looking for a neurologist you should definitely book Complete Neurological Care in Forest Hills!
