About Dr. Marina Perper
Dr. Marina Perper is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Her clinical expertise spans the full spectrum of dermatologic care, including skin cancer detection and treatment, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and hidradenitis suppurativa as well as cosmetic procedures such as injectables, lasers, and other skin rejuvenation devices.
After graduating with honors from the University of Miami, she completed a prestigious year-long clinical research fellowship at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where she went on to earn her medical degree, graduating at the top of her class. She subsequently completed her preliminary medicine internship and dermatology residency at Northwell Health, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year.
Dr. Perper has authored over 40 publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals and has presented nationally on topics such as skin cancer prevention, hair loss, and autoimmune skin disorders. She is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology, the Skin of Color Society, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Perper is committed to providing individualized, high-quality, and compassionate care to each of her patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, exploring new brunch spots in the city, and caring for her dog, Annie.
