This office came up under dermatology in my search for a dermatologist. When I called about the dermatology procedure I was requesting to have done I was told they could do it in office. Upon arrival I was told they couldn’t. Ultimately the outsourced me with a referral to an actual dermatologist office, meanwhile they ran a bunch of test on me to run up my insurance bill.

I have been dismissed by providers several times in the past.. I saw NP Hayes and she was so thorough, listened to my concerns, and I left the office feeling heard and with an understanding/explanation of the symptoms I have been experiencing. After one visit! Other doctors have not even taken me seriously enough to do the appropriate testing, but NP Hayes did. They scheduled me a follow up for the very next week to make sure we can go over my results more thoroughly when more come back.
Also, all of the staff have a very warm presence. I have never felt so comfy in a doctor’s office.
The office is very busy but do not get discouraged by the seemingly chaotic space, they are well staffed and I was seen and taken care of very quickly.

How do you run a practice with absolutely no information on the building! Her name is nowhere to be found, there is no apparent entry, no sign, nothing to indicate you exist. They give you a address but with zero instructions on how we might find you, which is clearly needed if you aren't going to label your business. I called, but they don't have a voicemail that's set up to take a message, they don't pick up the phone either. Why make this so hard? Good Bye.

Appointment was at 11:45am and wasn't seen by the doctor for over an hour. I was first put into a room that was freezing. After the nurse could visibly see I was shaking she moved me into a different room that seemed more of a prep room with shots and medical supplies. Staff was coming in and out of the room to grab supplies... seemed unprofessional. Mind you, I'm at the doctor for severe chronic neck pain. After waiting over an hour the doctor examines me for a couple seconds and orders an MRI. At checkout I was told I was all set. Thinking they would send my prescriptions to the pharmacy I gave them and email me the MRI referral. They did neither. I tried calling the office but there is only one contact number and it's for the office in Newburgh not Middletown. After several calls I was finally able to get what I needed. If I wasn't so desperate I would find a different doctor but once I get the MRI results I'll be finding a new one.

I cannot comment on the doctor herself. I waited for two hours and never saw the doctor. In that time I was moved to three different rooms and asked to do tests before even seeing the doctor (ekg and ultrasound, I was there for a primary care visit). The office had trouble figuring out my insurance, but they didn’t see me in the meantime or tell me why I was waiting. If they had told me we were only waiting because of my insurance, I would have told them to go ahead even if I had to pay and be reimbursed.
After waiting for two hours a man walked into the room (I booked with a woman). I said I was waiting for Marion Hayes and he informed me she was at a different location that day. Her name was on my confirmation from the office the day before, and when I checked in I gave her name and the receptionist repeated it. I waited two hours to be told the doctor I was waiting for was not in the office. Overall, the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office.

Very unpleasant. Immediately felt uneasy upon walking in, the waiting room was very dirty with ripped up floors and the chairs felt almost wet. When I was called in by the physician 30 minutes after my set appointment time I was brought into a dimly light room that felt extremely unsanitary, and (I kid you not, looked like an abandoned psych ward room). At this point I did not feel safe getting any medical care done from this facility, and decided to leave after waiting another 30 minutes for the Physician to come in. Safe to say I will not be returning. I will say the staff that I did see were very nice and welcoming.

I love this place. Both Dr Bajaj and NP Hayes have the most amazing bedside manner. I’m a nurse and lived in NYC and I have never had a more thorough visit with a PCP. Their staff is kind and friendly. Daniella was my absolute favorite. Anyone who comes into contact with her should feel lucky. I feel so happy and pleased to be under this office’s care. Thank You for the attentiveness, ease of scheduling an appointment and great care!

Horrible experience, the office was packed and disorganized. I didn't see the nurse practioner I booked with. The treatment room they brought me in to was dark, which may have been part of the reason that the nurse who drew my blood pulled the needle out on accident getting blood all over my arm and on my pants. Im pretty sure they intended to do another test but they just sort of lost track of me after my blood draw fiasco.
