“Very glad to have found an all women run office! They were very thorough and communicated to me clearly all the tests I needed done. The only thing that bothered me was that I was not seen by the provider that I booked with, which was a surprise, but regardless, I was still seen by someone competent. I appreciated that I was seen quickly and had barely any wait time between tests, and the provider immediately wanted to have a follow up with me the following week.”

I was told to sit for 35 minutes while they talked about who did not report to work and being out/low on some weight loss drugs. They were not friendly or polite. They seem annoyed.

Well after arriving for check in, the front staff collected my insurance information and called us in 10 minutes after we began to fill out the patient information. I was advised by an assistant that the NP does not see any patients under the age of 14. I pleaded that she can make an exception since it’s an eye issue and it’s just a consultation and observation. The assistant came back 5 minutes later and stated the practitioner did not want to make the exception for my 3 year old. As a professional office we should have been advised that this practitioner does not see patients under a certain age. Furthermore, their website or front staff should have alerted us of this as soon as we notified them that the patient is a 3 year old.

This office came up under dermatology in my search for a dermatologist. When I called about the dermatology procedure I was requesting to have done I was told they could do it in office. Upon arrival I was told they couldn’t. Ultimately the outsourced me with a referral to an actual dermatologist office, meanwhile they ran a bunch of test on me to run up my insurance bill.
