Staff was pleasantly kind, helpful from the moment I walked through the door. Dr Marisa was friendly from the start. She listened to my concerns and right away was put into action to help my needs. I felt comfortable speaking to her and left the office very happy I was already on the right track to feeling better. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this office. I received several emails prior to my appointment to arrive 30 min early only to wait for an hour to be admitted. This was the fastest annual check up I ever had. I was asked to fill out some paperwork regarding my mental health which dr. Melisa didn’t even looked at. While waiting for my blood work I saw one of the nurses collect the paper and throw in garbage. However if you speak Spanish and have Spanish name you may be admitted on time and have a great experience. I guess most of the excellent rating comes from that population.

I have fallen through the cracks in terms of healthcare and Dr Carter is very kind and has a plan to move forward in a way where we will figure out what is going on. I feel better knowing I won’t be abandoned in my health.

I really like the location of this office as well as the quick appointment windows. I can make an appointment week of and that’s really important to me. Every single staff member that I interacted with was very good at their job (shout out blood technician) and my doctor asked really good questions and I can tell she’s fully present. I don’t need a doctor’s office with frills I need competent healthcare providers that take my insurance, have time for me, and take me seriously and that is this. Thank you!

I would definitely go back Dr. Carter is by far the most efficient and compassionate doctor I have ever had! The office staff Front Desk can use a little bit of more energy. It was early in the morning 10 AM. I didn’t feel the welcoming aspect from them, their demeanor was very blah- but Dr. Carter was simply amazing.! I will definitely return to her!

Dr. Carter is the best doctor I have ever seen. She listens to all my concerns and takes them seriously. She is very thorough in her exams and I feel like she really advocates for her patients. She is also very kind and never judged me for my weight, mental health, or any other sensitive issues.

The staff and doctor Carter are all very nice. Specifically doctor Carter! She’s been my primary for a few years and I like her style. She listens and advises and my health is always at the front of it all. She’s friendly and meets me where I am at- presenting possible alternatives to me if I’m unsure about procedure-but never at the sacrifice of my health.
