What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first visit focuses on getting to know you. We'll discuss your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management when appropriate, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan and adjust it over time to support your progress and long-term well-being.
