My focus is on building trust, understanding your unique story, and working together to find the right balance of therapy, support, and medication if needed. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just come as you are.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Medication management is a central part of the care I provide. First appointments are longer so I can get a full picture of your symptoms, history, and goals. We’ll discuss your needs and begin formulating a preliminary diagnosis, which may evolve over time as we learn more. While medication may be part of your treatment, it’s not always prescribed right away—sometimes labs, records, or more information are needed first. Follow-up visits are shorter and focus on how you’re doing, how medications (if started) are working, and any adjustments that may be needed.
