Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as instructed. My appointment was at 9:30AM, was told that I’d be seen very soon. Didn’t get back to a room until 10:05AM. Waited a good fifteen minutes until the doctor came back and explained a couple of things regarding the visit and my insurance. He then took a measure of my spine and left, waited another fifteen minutes or so. By this time, I was over it and I left because I had other things scheduled in the day that I have now missed. I understand being busy, but this seemed a bit ridiculous. I told them I was leaving because I couldn’t wait any longer. Still paid for the measurement of my spine, but I will not be coming back.

When I arrived they got me in immediately, had all the forms i filled out online printed out, just needed a second copy of my I’d and insurance card cuz they didn’t print well, but other then n that, easy peasy. The doctor was really nice, as well as the staff. And even though they were out of network, my insurance still covered the visit. In very pleased, so much so that I scheduled another visit. I’ve always been afraid to go back to a chiropractor after my first time with a different one because they really messed me up, but I’m very happy that I gave Mark a try.
