Dr Chen was great but I saw him early Jan and he asked me to do some labs and come see him again in a month, his office told me there are no appointments until mid March which is a complete joke.

I had to fill out a number of duplicate forms with information I had already provided online. It was 45 minutes after my appointment time before the nurse even took my blood pressure. I told her I was in a rush because of work and she said the doctor was waiting right outside the door to see me. He wasn’t. Instead I heard him in an adjacent room. 10 minutes later and I HAD to leave. I asked to be rescheduled but the ONE SINGLE receptionist that was doing at least two people’s jobs was assisting another patient. I asked to be called on my cell phone to reschedule and never heard back. If you have half of the day to wait for an overbooked and understaffed provider, this might be for you. If you are pressed for time and want a provider whose office might actually bother to call you to reschedule when their delay prevented your appointment, look elsewhere
