I highly recommend Mark. We had a really long and thorough intake. He was extremely comprehensive in the labs he ordered. He was friendly, empathetic, non judgemental and warm. He listened attentively and I felt really comfortable and secure as he talked me through various options and expertly considered the pharmokinetics of my medications and was open to discussing medical literature on specific nuances of med interactions. I have a lot of respect for Mark & received great care. He is a gifted provider & an asset to our community.
The entire office staff is diverse & affirming. Having pharmacy, labs, imaging & various diagnostic facilities in house is fantastic. My only note, which has nothing to do with Mark, is you have to stay on top of the office to get lab results & their patient portal system leaves much to be desired, as it does not work for booking appts or getting test results. The referral network is good, although by their own admission they are experiencing delays.

Nurse Practitioner Kinkel is really knowledgeable, empathetic and thorough. He spent over an hour with me in my first visit reviewing my complex medical history and medical conditions and ordered a really robust and comprehensive series of tests.
He is friendly, approachable, thoughtful and really listens closely and is very supportive. My only quibble is not with him but the Healthvana app the practice uses. It took more than a week and 3 calls to get my test results and they didn't post in my portal but ended up having to email them to me. It also cannot be used for scheduling appts yet, just a heads up. Overall loved how the practice has everything in house: labs, preventative and diagnostic screening, a pharmacy and more.
