They have sick patients wait in the car rather than in the waiting room.
Dr. Koenig's office is particularly helpful with prescriptions that require authorization from the insurance company. A doctor at another practice told me I'd have to have a specialist prescribe something that Dr. Koenig prescribed with no problem.
