I am a speech-language pathologist who specializes in: Cognition Rehabilitation, Speech & Language Disorders. I graduated from the University of Utah with a master's degree in Communication Disorders in 1988. Since that time, I have worked as a speech-language pathologist in clinical and hospital settings. I have provided care for children, adolescents and adults with speech, language and cognitive deficits resulting from a variety of etiologies including stroke, brain injury, neuro tumors, swallowing disorders, degenerative neurologic disorders, and many more. I serve on the conference committee for The Brain Injury Alliance of Utah. I am on the Board of Directors for Wasatch Adaptive Sports. I am a member of American Speech and Hearing Association, Utah Speech and Hearing Association and The Brain Injury Alliance of Utah. Away from work I enjoy spending time with my wife and sons. I enjoy the outdoors and athletic activities including swimming, skiing, running, volleyball, soccer, and hiking. I also spend time reading, listening to music and working around the house. Mia, our miniature Australian Shepard, is a constant companion.
