The staff is friendly and the appointments are VERY quick but that's kind of the problem. I appreciate not having to wait but I felt like everything was rushed. Dr Light presented a number of options for treating my plantar fasciitis but seemed reluctant to make actual recommendations. He's not rude in any way but he also doesn't come across is very friendly. I decided to get a second opinion once we started discussing surgery and that experience was very different. The second doctor did a more thorough exam and identified other issues that are likely contributing to the problem. I don't think Dr. Light is a bad doctor by any means but his bedside manner doesn't make you want to return.
Great doctor and staff with convenient hours.

Dr. Light and his staff are the best. They always see me on time & sometimes early. Everyone is so friendly, informative, and helpful. Dr. Light always takes all the time needed to be very clear and to be sure all of my questions are answered and that he examines everything thoroughly. In this case, I needed surgery, and he and his staff went above and beyond to set it up in less than a week so that the bone did not start healing incorrectly. Surgery went great, and Dr. Light himself called later that evening to check on me. I cannot recommend them enough. You are in great hands with this team.

I am undecided if I will return or not. There were many confusions and communication errors. 1. My appointment was on MONDAY July 21. I received Multiple Text messages AND Emails stating that my appointment was on SUNDAY July 20th, when the office was Closed! I conducted a live-chat with Zocdoc on Sunday which was very misleading and confusing and apparently unaware that the office was CLOSED on Sundays. When I arrived at the appointment on Monday, the front office had No Record of the Sunday appointment. It took OVER 30 minutes to verify forms and documents I had previously filled out on-line in preparation for the Visit and even received CONFIRMATION via Email that all forms had been accepted. The front desk was unable to locate these forms and kept me waiting for over 30 minutes.

This was my first time to a podiatrist. Dr. Light was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I feel confident that he will help me to resolve my issues.

I'd recommend him he is great that's why they always says second opinions count and I was glad I was able to get a second opinion from this it's worth it I am happy with him and will be seeing him again and I would recommend him to anyone who need a good ankle and foot care

Dr. Light listens well. He is knowledgable and efficient. He is honest about treatments (options, cost, and likely effectiveness). I have gone to him for several years for a variety of issues. He's always been helpful.

The experience with the office, the doctor were all wonderful. I was taken exactly on my appointment time. The doctor listened was net in his recommendation. He gave me many, but his logic was very appreciated The only issue I have is with the doc Zoch enrollment process I enrolled three times and when I got to the office, they gave me the front form name, rank serial number, etc. to fill out for a fourth time someone needs to look in to improvements on the Zac dock website very poor and very frustrating.
Verified patient
Terrible experience. It seemed like the whole appointment was a sales pitch. Was not personable or compassionate. The lady who drew my blood was not experienced and was not sanitary. Run now!!
great doctor

I would go back. I called to see if they could take me early and they said if I could come now they would work me right in, and they did. Very friendly.
Verified patient
Outstanding. I’ve been to a few doctors with different opinions and Dr. Light immediately help diagnosed my problem and has me walking pain free. Very friendly staff and very supportive.
Verified patient
Dr Light is very knowledgeable in his specialty. I have now seen him on two broken bones, one in each foot. He speaks on the patients level, explaining how the bones heal and that some take longer than others. I would trust him with any other issues I may have in the future.
I highly recommend Dr. Light. He and his staff are very nice and efficient. When you make an appointment for a specific time, they see you at that time - no showing up on time and then waiting and waiting. They explain what is happening in a manner so you understand it. Dr. Light's office can do many things like x-rays onsite, too, making visits easy. Communication is via text and email, you have choices (you can still call, too)! I had surgery and both Dr. Light and his nurse called and checked on me, even over the weekend. For my follow up to get stitches removed, it fell over a long holiday weekend and I was traveling for work after, so Dr Light opened the office to accommodate my schedule. It is service I would not expect or get elsewhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR LIGHT
Dr. Light was incredible. I'd been living with a pain in my big toe for a few years. After realizing how much it curtailed my activities, I knew I needed to take preventative measures. Dr. Light diagnosed the issue, and two weeks later, I had my bone spur removed. Bing, Bang, Boom! The East Cobb Foot & Ankle Care team made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I'm now recovering from the procedure, and I'm delighted with the results. I'm now looking forward to more hiking and outdoor activities with the family. Thank you, Dr. Light!
Dr. Light has done a fine job dealing with my ingrown toenails. I have had three successful treatments over the past two years.
