I am an adult psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, offering virtual services through Intermind Wellness.
I earned my master's degree in psychiatric and mental health nursing from the University of South Florida, and I'm passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where you can openly discuss your mental health concerns without hesitation.
During our consultations, I take the time to conduct thorough evaluations so we can arrive at an accurate diagnosis together. I believe in individualized care, which is why I prepare tailored treatment plans, answer any questions you or your caregivers may have, and schedule regular follow-ups to track your progress.

What should a new client know about working with you?
As a new client, the most important thing to know about working with me is that I’m here to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I believe that open communication is key, so I encourage you to share your thoughts and concerns without hesitation. My approach is collaborative—together, we’ll explore what’s going on and develop a treatment plan that’s tailored to your unique needs and goals.
You can also expect me to take a holistic view of your mental health, considering all aspects of your well-being. I’ll guide you through the process with patience and understanding, ensuring we’re moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you’re just beginning your mental health journey or you’ve been seeking care for some time, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
(Due to telehealth prescribing limitations, I do not prescribe any benzodiazepines or hypnotics to new patients)
What is your typical process for working with clients?
When I work with clients, my process is centered around understanding and collaboration. During our initial consultation, I take the time to listen to your concerns, learn about your history, and explore what’s currently affecting your mental health. This helps me conduct a thorough evaluation, which is key to arriving at an accurate diagnosis.
From there, we work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs and goals. I’m a firm believer in individualized care—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach in mental health. I’ll provide guidance, answer any questions, and explain all available treatment options, including medication management and therapeutic interventions, so that you feel confident in the path we choose.
Throughout our time working together, I’ll schedule regular follow-ups to monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure you’re feeling supported. My goal is to help you achieve lasting improvements in your mental health and well-being, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
