Everyone is friendly and helpful and the medical staff are professional and caring
Dr. Kushner is great and attentive. Just make sure you're comfortable with medical students coming and asking you questions!
Everyone was incredibly nice, informed and able to be very helpful. Very much enjoyed my appointment and felt like I was getting great care and attendion.
She was very profesional and addressed my questions and concerns
Dr. Kushner was very nice. However, the front office staff seems disorganized and frazzled , the wait was incredibly way too long. And then I was seen by three students... some of the questions seemed odd and I was never notified that I would be seen by anyone other than the doctor...
She's very kind and cares deeply for her patients.
Very thorough - wanted to run many tests and send me on a referral.
It's always a pleasure. She is pleasant and knowledgeable.
I really appreciate how Dr. Kushner was patient, kind, honest and sweet. I was very happy and grateful for the experience I had at her office. Thanks Dr. Kushner!

Very sweet and accommodating!
She listened to my concerns, was compassionate, and very helpful! Her office is also excellent about follow-up.
Dr Kushner's truly cares about her patients and only wants what's best for them.
Everyone was super friendly. The wait was long but they were obviously crazy busy. They never once made me feel like they were rushing to get through my appointment.
Best doctor's office I've ever been to. Lovely staff. Very comforting and thorough.
I have seen alot of doctors in my past and no one compares to Dr. Kushner! She truly cares about all her patients and takes the time to talk to you on a personal level about anything going on in your life (wether health related or not). This is the only doctor I've ever met who truly has you best interest at heart. Thanks for being you Dr. K!!!!
I've never had to wait to be scene at Dr. Kushner's office (unless I was late for my appointment). Even then the staff somehow works their magic to get you in promptly. Dr. K and her staff are the best!
Dr. Kushner attended to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly and with clarity. I was made to feel very comfortable with her and the staff.
My appointment was for an annual check up. I was weighed and they took my blood pressure. That's it. No blood work, no questions, not even a physical exam. They did not have flu shots available either. Basically it was just an exam to see if you could cloud a mirror.
Made my daughter feel at ease. Took her time, we didn't feel rushed.
I've never felt more comfortable with a doctor before. Everyone that I spoke with in the office was extremely friendly and comforting, which made the visit much easier. I will definitely continue to come back and see Dr. Kushner.
So quick and efficient. I had moved to Chicago from NJ and was looking for a new doctor to provide me my birth control script. She was able to do that quickly and also took the time to ask about how I liked the current birth control I was on. I actually had quite a few complaints, but thought it was common for all pills. Turns out she recommended something different and even gave me free samples. The new pill has been great. Really appreciated the time and attention to my well being.
My experience with Dr. Kushners office has been excellent in every aspect. Impressed with my experience throughout. They have found a repeat patient in me.
My issue isn't so much with Dr. Kushner as it is with the office staff and the lack of organization in this office. When I arrived for my first appointment, I had to interrupt the nurse/secretary from watching TV on her computer so that she could help me. She didn't ask for my information, just told me to take a seat. I told her I was a new patient so I probably had forms to fill out. She gave them to me, I filled them out, then when I went back up to the counter to hand them back to her, she was talking with someone else, and two younger staff members were facing me, but completely ignoring me. They were on their computers, did not look up, did not say anything. Very frustrating. I loudly said I was done filling out my paperwork. While I was filling out my paperwork I saw Dr. Kushner leave, which was unsettling because it was only about 20 minutes before my appointment with her. She walked back in right when my appointment time came up, fortunately I was called back and she saw me within the next five minutes. The same nurse that was watching TV when I walked in took me back to exam room and confirmed that I was having a pap smear...nope...was there for a physical. Nothing to do with a pap smear. I commented about their lack of organization and she said she just looks at what is on the chart. She didn't say anything else after that and then left. Another person came in and confirmed I was seeing Dr. Kushner, which made me laugh because of how ridiculous a question it was. Yes, that is who I made the appointment for, that is who I wrote that I was seeing on the paperwork I filled out online when I made the appointment as well as the paperwork I filled out when I got to the office. Dr. Kushner came in and redeemed the situation a bit by being so friendly and personable, but the same nurse came back in to do a few more tests and was still unfriendly and standoffish. After she finished she said I was good to go, but I hadn't received some paperwork I was told I'd receive and I also hadn't had a shot that I had discussed having with Dr. Kushner. So, my main issue with Dr. Kushner's office is their lack of organization and lack of professionalism. I won't be going back.
I felt like the Dr. Didn't take the time to fully understand my concerns. It looked like she was in a hurry to go do something else and my health wasn't her primary concern.
It was overall very pleasant.
Very nice. The med students were also very nice and thorough. Would definitely go back.
She was very welcoming and interested in who I was outside of why I was visiting. She did not rush me or dismiss anything I wanted to discuss . I'm so relieved I have a doctors office close to home that I can rely on.
I thought she was great and I was very comfortable with her plan for me. She listened to my concerns and came up with a plan that made me feel that she and her staff really care about my treatment plan and success.
Very professional and helpful staff...Dr. Kushner and her associate Dr. Fritz put me at ease (I tend to get VERY nervous) and this is the first time (maybe EVER, but definitely in a LONG time) that I have made a follow up when leaving a doctor's office. Always find a reason to "call back" to schedule, then rarely do! Very pleased I followed up on the recommendation to see her.
This was my first visit with Dr Kushner and I came in with quite a wide array of ailments. I felt that she spent the necessary time with me to go over all of them and that, once rest results come in, I will be able to start a treatment program with her that will. She seemed genuine and was not dismissive of my issues, which is the reason why I decided to look for a PCP in the first place.
