Great to meet you! Hello! My name is Marlaine Registe. I have been an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner for 15 years, specializing in psychiatric and mental health care. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Florida A&M University, followed by a Master's in Nursing from Florida State University, and a Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Shenandoah University. My focus is on helping teenage and adult patients with Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar and other Mood Disorders, Depression, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. While this is not an exhaustive list of the conditions I treat, most of my patients receive care for these concerns.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Most of my patients will walk away from their initial consultation with a comprehensive treatment plan, a diagnosis, a more complete understanding of their mental health, and a path forward toward happiness. After their initial visit with me, we will meet back up in two weeks to a month to see if their new medication regimen is working. If not, we will make the necessary adjustments. Finding a medication protocol that works for you takes work, but I will be there at every step in the process, and we will do it together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer my patients an empathic space to address their problems. I take a holistic approach to combating their symptoms and helping them feel better. My work is patient-centered. We work as a team to address your mental health concerns and symptoms, with our shared goal being to get you feeling better as soon as possible. While my focus is medication management, you, as my patient, are in the driver's seat. And because of that, we go at the pace you set.
