I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience, specializing in helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Syracuse University. My passion lies in guiding clients to break free from disordered eating patterns and discover a nourishing, balanced approach to health that feels authentic and sustainable. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, and OSFED. My approach combines compassionate coaching, practical nutrition education, and goal-setting to help clients take meaningful steps toward food freedom and body confidence. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for you to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom and move toward a life of self-compassion and peace with food. I specialize in Eating Disorders!
