What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to providing care is centered around your unique life experiences! I am an advocate of providing compassionate, individualized mental health care and supporting women through the many paths to motherhood and overall wellness. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their care. Whether you need some support in fertility coaching, medication management for depression and anxiety, or finding a treatment plan for coping with the mental challenges of pregnancy and postpartum, I am here to help find a solution. I can also help with many other psychiatric conditions across the lifespan, such as ADHD and Bipolar disorder, for men and women.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In your first session, we will take time for you to tell your story, share your goals, and discuss how I can help you achieve them. I want you to feel comfortable being vulnerable so we can work together to find solutions. I embrace holistic options as well as traditional medication therapy. We will tailor your treatment plan to what feels right for you!
