I was given multiple documents to complete. I am suffering from extreme back pain so I can’t sit down. Once completed I was left to stand another thirty minutes. Obviously with back pain standing is uncomfortable especially for over an hour but the alternative was to sit which increases the pain to my back. While in the waiting room I overheard the receptionist become argumentative with patients calling in and then I saw a nurse or doctor interacting with a patient in the waiting area and get short with them as the patient was speaking as though it was a child they were correcting. While in the room the doctor was speaking in medical terminology asking me questions about my back referring to the lumbar area, etc and becoming irritate that I didn’t go to medical school and had no idea what she was talking about. You need to speak at a level patients will understand you. I was told it would be a week before I could receive an injection based on the Dr schedule. Currently I can’t down?!?
