Dr. Ramsay and her team are a true gem! Even though we live overseas, we make it a priority to visit Dr. Ramsay during each trip home—and it’s always one of the most seamless and comforting parts of our visit. She has cared for our four children for years and somehow, she and her team always remember them in such a personal and familiar way, as if we were regulars in the clinic.
From the moment we walk in, everyone goes out of their way to make the children feel at ease. It’s clear that they genuinely care, and that warmth means everything, especially when you have a child about to get a vaccination or undergoing a check-up.
Dr. Ramsay is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring—not just with the kids but with us as parents too. She listens carefully, takes her time, and explains everything thoroughly. Our children trust her, which says a lot.

As first time parents we didn’t know what to expect other than usual weight, temperature, and growth check. Nevertheless, Dr Ramsay and her team verbally walked us through the process and answered any questions we have. Left the office with more values and knowledge.

Dr Ramsay was amazing! My daughter has a complex medical condition and we were grasping around trying to find support. We were hoping she had privileges at St Joseph’s Childrens hospital but she only has privileges at NICU there. She spent time listening and trying yo figure out how to best help us in our unique situation. She called around to see who can help and finally after discussing it with us, called the ER at St Joseph’s to see if they can help. They were able to help and ER staff expected us when we got there. We would recommend Dr Ramsay to anyone. She’s very sincere and caring and gives the extra mile to help in any way she can.

Dr. Ramsay was unbelievable, she explained everything well to me as well as my 8 year old. We had a sick appointment/first time appointment. During her examination she actually found an unrelated potential issue with my child that should have been addressed 3 years ago, and clearly no doctor had until now. Dr Ramsay was exceptional! Very friendly, patient, and a clear communicator. Her nurse, Toya, was also so great and very accommodating, even offering snacks. Dr. Ramsay and her staff were amazing with our newborn’s first pediatric appointment. Check in process was simple, separate newborn waiting area was a pleasant surprise, nursing staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Ramsay took the time to listen to all of our questions as new parents and made us feel heard, validated and respected. We are thrilled to be working with such a great team of compassionate and intelligent professionals.

EVERYONE in this Doctors office was professional and more than helpful on any level I could have expected. My daughter, who still gets nervous, was more comfortable at any Doctors visit we have ever been to. From the front desk agents who went above in beyond to help sort out our insurance, to our Nurse Latoya, to Dr. Ramsay, to cleanliness, and getting seen at our appointment time. I could go on and on and on but will definitely be coming back to this office. Cheers to everyone there!
