About Dr. Marshella Thomas
Dr. Thomas now offers a Telehealth option, covered by most insurance providers and available to all patients. Through Telehealth, Dr. Thomas can examine, diagnose, and provide interim remedies via FaceTime or Zoom. While it may not be feasible to perform physical adjustments or complete soft tissue work remotely, Dr. Thomas can guide you through in-home stretching and strengthening exercises and train you on how to administer soft tissue treatments. These approaches are designed to reduce pain, increase range of motion, and improve postural imbalances.
In addition to Telehealth, NYC Chiropractic Solutions is accepting enrollment in the new Stay Healthy-Home Program (SH-HP). SH-HP is a virtual treatment program offering patients access to a physical therapist, nutritionist, and personal trainer for customized in-home health plans. The program includes personalized therapeutic exercise programs, custom workout routines, vitamin regimens to boost your immune system, and healthy recipes to support you while quarantined at home.
Dr. Marshella Thomas is a board-certified chiropractor in New York State. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from D’Youville University in Buffalo, New York, before relocating to New York City. There, she founded NYC Chiropractic Solutions and Wellness Center in Midtown Manhattan.

I was told by the office staff that my insurance was accepted before my appointment, only to be billed later because they claimed it was inactive. I provided multiple cards and specifically asked them to confirm coverage before being seen—they said it was fine. Poor communication and lack of accountability. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Office communication was good while scheduling. Consultation was detailed. At the same visit, the Doctor treated me with massage therapy, chiropractic adjustment and therapeutic treatment for neck pain. I have scheduled return visits. She does not rush and listens well.

Dr. Thomas is INCREDIBLE! my previous chiro saw me for 5 minutes then sent me to PT. Dr. Thomas not only adjusted my spine but she went over the anatomy of the spine and talked me through what treatment for my shoulder issue would consist of. we have already set up a treatment plan and i’m booked in for another appointment. She is thorough, informative, CARING, KIND, and super down to earth. i will be recommending her to all of my friends. if you’re in the tristate area DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Dr. Thomas is truly THE BEST!

Dr. Thomas somehow made going to the back doctor an enjoyable experience. The office has a zen-like feeling as soon as you walk in and the front desk staff is exceptional. Dr. Thomas thoroughly explained everything that would take place during our visit and she listened to my questions and concerns, and addressed all of them. I am very impressed by how knowledgeable Marshella is--she really knows what she's doing and it shows. She has been in business almost 10 years and has built it from the ground up. She could identify exactly what I needed and was able to adjust me perfectly. I have seen many different chiropractors and every one does it differently but the way she does it is truly unique and fantastic.

i am a 76 year old woman visiting my family in NYC and I began to have increasing pain, and problems walking, due to a misalignment and locking up of my of my pelvis muscles, ligaments and bones. I needed deep muscle work as well as a chiropractic adjustment. Nina gave me both with great skill, strength, patience, and wise decisions as to when to go deeper and when to let be. Her office is organized to provide integrative healing , using deep tissue work, chiropractic adjustment, electronic stimulation along with warm heat, and finally a recommendation of appropriate physical therapy exercises. Nina's natural calling to the healing professions and specifically to a chiropractic practice is quite evident not only in her work, but in her healing presence.

I have only been to a chiropractor once in my life, many years ago, and Dr. Thomas made sure to inform me on everything I should know. She explained treatments and spinal issues in great detail. I also really appreciated that she broke down the cost of my appointments since I have not met my insurance deductible, and she really does everything she can to make sure appointments are affordable to patients. She is very friendly and the whole office is a great atmosphere!

My visit with Dr Marshella went great. The office manager Emily was pleasant. I was greeted with a smile & a glass of water while I completed the insurance forms. As soon as my forms were complete I was immediately seen by Dr Marshella. Dr Marshella was informative, answered all of my questions & was gentle with me (while relieving my back pain) I arrived with extreme back pain & left the office feeling much better. I had been searching for a great Chiropractor for some time & I am truly happy that I have found Dr Marshella on ZocDoc. I will definitely visit the office again.
