My name is Martha Motari, a dedicated and Board-Certified Health Professional passionate about helping people achieve mental wellness.
Life’s challenges, whether they’re changes, losses, health concerns, or past traumas, are often difficult to deal with and can negatively affect your mental health. It’s okay to seek support. My goal is to help you understand the root cause, so you can start making positive changes – including healing
past traumas, reshaping thought patterns, or discovering your true self. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to help people make change in their lives.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I believe that understanding your health is crucial, so I take the time to explain your diagnosis and treatment options in a clear and straightforward manner. My goal is to empower you with knowledge so that together we can achieve the best possible outcomes. Your well-being is my priority, and I'm here to support you on your journey to better mental health.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
The first visit consists of gathering a thorough history from you, talking about the reason for the visit, coming up with a diagnosis by utilizing evidence-based practice. you and I will then come up with a treatment plan that is specifically individualized for you. We will have follow-up appointments to re-assess the treatment plan and adjust accordingly.

I am extremely pleased with my first experience at Zion Healthcare Services. Martha is very professional, caring, and understanding. She took her time to listen to my concerns and provided me with a few options at the end of the appointment. I felt comfortable during the telehealth appointment and I highly recommend her!
