For medical consultations (such as Hormone Replacement Therapy or Weight Loss), prepayment and a card on file are required. After booking, a Patient Care Coordinator will reach out to collect your payment securely. If you're booking an HRT consultation, lab work must be completed in advance — we'll help you get that scheduled.
For aesthetic appointments, no prepayment is needed, but we do require a card on file to reserve your time.

Martha is a board-certified Physician Assistant whose educational experiences and personal journey with aesthetics have led to her joining our practice.
After graduating summa cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University, Martha decided to continue her schooling to become a Master’s medical aesthetician. She worked in plastic surgery for several years before deciding to become a Physician Assistant. In 2021, she graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School with a master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies.
She moved back to the area after living in Houston, TX, where she worked in Facial Plastic Surgery and specialized in cosmetic injectables and hormone replacement and optimization.
With her experiences and passion for aesthetics and hormone optimization, she strives to provide the best results and patient care possible. Patients enjoy her friendly bedside manner and appreciate her attention to detail. She strongly believes in patient education and continuing education for herself to stay up to date on advances in medicine.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and their three dogs, visiting local historic sites, and providing education on aesthetics, weight loss management, and hormone optimization to her over 19k followers on social media.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Martha! I got lip filler today and was terrified — I have a huge fear of needles and was incredibly nervous. Martha was exquisite. She explained everything clearly, got to know me, and made me feel safe and seen.
When I started to feel faint, she brought in a coworker to distract me. What touched me most was that when I couldn’t answer the questions the other woman asked (like if I have pets, when I’m getting married, if I’m from Virginia Beach), Martha answered them all — because she had actually listened and cared.
She was so sweet, kind, and patient. She never got frustrated when I needed breaks, made sure I was okay before I left, offered juice, snacks, and an ice pack, and even gave me her number in case I had questions.
Martha truly went above and beyond. If you’re nervous or want someone who genuinely cares — she’s the one. I’m so thankful I found her.

The doctor and staff are amazing. I cannot say enough about Martha and her team. I feel heard and understood by each staff member I interact with, which makes such a comfortable atmosphere and experience. The nurse, Sarah has such a welcoming demeanor and is phenomenal at keeping visits on track without making it feel rushed. Lindsey took her time listening to all of my excitement and concerns, during our follow up and appeared to be just as excited as I am to be seeing improvements. Jessica (office manager) was also extremely helpful in reaching out to the local pharmacy to inquire about an ingredient sensitivity and quickly confirmed my suspicions of needing a compound pharmacy. Even the office staff (can’t remember her name) was ready to call the pharmacy to update my address for me… I really feel taken care of by everyone at Fountain of You! Keep it up, team!
