Martha Santamaria began her career in healthcare at the State University at Stony Brook University in New York, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing and completed the Nurse Practitioner Certificate Program in Perinatal Women’s Health in 1994. After relocating to McKinney, Texas, she expanded her scope of practice by completing a Post-Master’s Degree in Family Practice at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas.
With over 25 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Martha brings a deep well of knowledge, compassion, and clinical expertise to every patient interaction. She is passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships with her patients and their families—partnering with them to provide personalized care and empowering them to make confident, informed decisions about their health.
In addition to her extensive background in women’s health and family practice, Martha is a highly skilled and certified Aesthetic Injector and Practitioner. She is trained in a wide range of advanced aesthetic procedures including lasers, IPL, and RF technologies. Over the past decade, her clinical focus has expanded to include Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and comprehensive Wellness Care.

Three visits so far, once or twice staff did appear to have problems communicating with each other. Thereby making me wait longer, than really necessary.
Perhaps staff that move around between locations, are a little disorganized.

I highly recommend this office. Martha exceeded my expectations and really took the time to address all of my concerns and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She was friendly and I felt very comfortable.

I enjoyed meeting with the NP, She made me feel much better about the prenatal care and preparation. She was very attentive and compassionate. My husband and I were pleased with the appointment and look forward to coming back for a follow-up.
