Hi! I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based in Hollywood, Florida. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice and post-Masters degrees from Wilkes University and have been practicing for over 20 years. I provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management services at Remart Medical Consultant Inc., which I launched in June 2020. I work in coordination with the clinic to offer psychiatric services to adult and youth clients with behavioral health issues. This position is supervised externally by a psychiatrist, with whom a collaborative practice agreement is established. Services are office-based, and I also provide telehealth services to clients in remote locations.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
