Our Nurse Practitioner is a doctoral-prepared, board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and the founder of MEM Health Promotion Services—a virtual clinic caring for adults across Texas and Florida. With over 20 years of experience in primary care, geriatrics, and health education, she has devoted her career to helping people manage chronic conditions with compassion and understanding.
She is committed to supporting adults who are uninsured, underinsured, or part of underserved communities. Her approach is grounded in kindness, respect, and the belief that every person deserves dependable, affordable care. She takes time to listen, explain, and guide patients in a way that helps them feel confident and supported.
Self-Pay Options
To keep care accessible, we offer predictable flat-rate fees for telehealth services:
• Telehealth Consultation: $50 (30 minutes)
• Medical weight loss: Plans start at $185 per month, including
medications and free shipping
• Medication Management with prescription refills as
appropriate: $35 (15-30min)
• Preventative Health & Wellness Screening: $45 (30 minutes)
For safety, we do not prescribe any controlled substances in these five classes of drugs, narcotics, depressants, stimulants, hallucinogens, & anabolic steroids.
Also, Hydroxychloroquine, Promethazine, Ergotamine or narcotic antagonists.

Marva is a great provider; she is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I especially love that the visit is virtual/telehealth!
