What is your typical process for working with clients?

Psychotherapy is a collaboration with a mental health professional that leads to greater self understanding and insight, resulting in change and/or self acceptance. The goal of therapy is to feel listened to and understood without intrusion, judgment or guilt. Overtime, it can reduce long standing feelings of anxiety, depression, emptiness, insecurity, and unworthiness. My goal is to make sure that my patients start to live a bigger and richer life.
