My first visit to this facility and doctor. Physician took time to review medical history and do physical examination. She listened to my concerns and recommended appropriate treatment. Overall , very good experience .

This was my first appointment with the doctor. It was an initial consultation. I am a longtime patient of Loyola (approx. 20 yrs). I found the nurse (Amy) to be very curt, and abrupt. I considered leaving my appointment prior to even consulting with the doctor. The nurse’s demeanor was that abrupt. I shared this experience with the doctor and my appointment proceeded on a satisfactory level. It was a very disheartening experience. I waited a number of weeks to see this doctor. When the nurse took my blood pressure it registered at 136. The following day I saw a physician at Edwards Hospital and it was 104. This was the effect of the experience with the nurse that I saw and her demeanor. This was an unfortunate first impression of the doctor’s practice.

Dr Barsanti is so patient and helpful. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I generally avoid or put off doctor visits, but now that I have met her and her staff, I won't hesitate to make an appointment because I feel so much more comfortable and cared for.

She did not rush, explained everything, addressed all concerns, and made recommendations for additional tests or services, yet always awaited patient feedback. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The adjunct office staff was outstanding as well.

She is not my primary physician but was filling in and took me on extremely short notice. She was very very nice and had an excellent bedside manner. I was in such pain from a shoulder/arm injury and she diagnosed my ailment quickly. I was feeling better in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend this doctor to everyone.
