When I work in partnership with clients, my goal as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is to assist them on this difficult but rewarding journey. I offer a personalized approach to the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disturbances. Providing comprehensive care may involve psychotherapy, the use of medications, integrating spirituality or belief systems, and complementary therapies. By managing mood and correcting unhelpful patterns, together we can set you on a brighter and greener pathway. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Minnesota and completed my Post-Master’s training at Frontier Nursing University, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
