Hello, I’m Mary Daniels, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 15 years of experience in nursing and healthcare. I am licensed in Virginia, and I specialize in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and psychiatric assessment. I earned my Master’s degree from South College, and my approach to mental health care is both compassionate and evidence-based.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with individuals facing crisis situations, mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety and depression. I believe in a holistic, patient-centered approach to treatment, which includes medication management, supportive therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychoeducation. My goal is to empower you to understand and manage your mental health, guiding you toward a path of resilience and well-being.
I am dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive environment where you feel safe, heard, and actively engaged in your treatment plan. Together, we’ll work on strategies that can help you regain balance and thrive in your everyday life.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card
on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be
provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks
after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the
claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your
responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for
services. For
out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s
self-pay rate,
and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for
potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Mary Daniels is a very understanding person. She didn’t judge me on what I was going through and listen to my thoughts, she was very knowledgeable on what I needed it in order to better help me get through life. I definitely recommend her to anybody. She’s wonderful.!!!
