As Managing Director of Therapy Center of Houston, she led teams of SLPs, SLPAs, OTs, COTAs, and PTs—focused on post-stroke rehab and neurogenic disorders. As a former Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston, she mentored graduate clinicians and served two terms as President of the University’s COMD Alumni Chapter. She also held a board seat, advancing the field through professional development and alumni engagement. Tina is also part of the leadership team at redM, a nonprofit combatting human trafficking, where she applies her skills in strategy and advocacy to support survivors and drive change. During her Navy service as a Cryptologic Technical Interpreter, Tina worked primarily in Spanish and was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal in 2003 for her contributions.
