I understand nutrition can be frustrating, confusing, and overwhelming at times - I am here to help you have a relationship with food without rigidity, shame, or obsessions. My goal is to help you feel more at peace in your relationship with food so you have more space for what you truly enjoy. With 20 years in the field, I prioritize understanding you & your story beyond your diagnosis while individualizing care with evidence-based research. All the dietitians at my practice hold additional certifications in eating disorder care as well as sports nutrition.
