She completed her Pilates certification through the Pilates Center of Boulder and received her doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan University. She is a lifelong learner and continues to further her knowledge by taking extensive post-doctorate certificates and workshops. She started Body Evolution to combine world-class biomechanically appropriate joint movement, preventative fitness, and body/brain rehabilitation modalities into one space. Her enthusiasm and expertise will guide your body and mind to a place of freedom and health, so that you may move through your life with flowing grace and a sense of clarity. In her spare time, Dr. Ames Brown enjoys doing Kundalini yoga, taking her own body through Body Evolution PEP workouts, hiking with her dog, running, cycling, skiing, and spending time with her family.
